Preparation takes 24 working hours at most. Then Royal Mail delivers within 2 to 4 working days depending on your area. In general, you'll receive your parcel between 3 and 5 days after ordering.
You'll receive it by email right after your purchase (subject line: "SuperCalm order confirmation"). Do check your spam folder if you can't find it. The number often starts with # followed by 4 or 5 digits.
Don't worry! First check the status above. If your parcel goes beyond 7 working days without arriving, contact us at contact.supercalm@gmail.com with your order number. We'll sort it all out with you.
As long as your order hasn't been dispatched, yes! Email us as soon as possible at contact.supercalm@gmail.com with your order number and the new address. Once it's dispatched, we can't change anything.
We deliver across the whole of the UK via Royal Mail — from the Scottish Highlands to Cornwall, including Wales and Northern Ireland. Costs vary by destination, but it's free over £50!
