Tracking emails go out as soon as your order ships (1–2 business days after ordering). Check your spam/promotions folder first. Still nothing? Contact us with your order number and we'll send it over.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, then shipped with tracking. Delivery time depends on your location and is shown in your shipping email.
Carriers sometimes pause scans between hubs — this is normal and usually clears within 24–48 hours. If it's stuck longer than that, reach out and we'll investigate right away.
